VINE Faith in Action (VINE) is a network of faith congregations, organizations and individuals providing volunteer assistance in Blue Earth and Nicollet Counties of south central Minnesota. It recently acquired a building previously slated for demolition and has plans to repurpose it into a unique, one-stop shop for aging adults to continue to lead active lives.

The new building would include an adult respite center, café, fitness center with pool and walking track, office space for VINE, community gathering rooms and more. As a hub for the area, aging adults would have a space to improve their physical health, stay connected with others in the community, volunteer and access support services. 

A $40,000 grant from the Mardag Foundation will help finance this project.
