Improving the lives of at-risk families, children, youth and young adults

Our grants help youth programs around the state, often in communities that struggle with poverty, enabling more young people and their families to thrive.

Supporting seniors to live independently

We support organizations that help seniors stay in their homes and maintain their independence.

Serving the East Metro and Greater Minnesota communities

Agnes Ober established what is now known as the Mardag Foundation. Her compassion and caring continue to benefit many lives today.

Our Mission

The Mardag Foundation makes grants to nonprofit organizations that improve the quality of life in Minnesota for children, seniors and other at-risk populations, and for programs in education and arts.
